Our advisory services are provided in good faith based on information you share with us. The quality of our work depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.

Advisory work reflects our professional judgement based on the circumstances presented. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice. Where specialist professional advice is required, we will say so and encourage you to seek it.

4. Engagement Terms

Each engagement is governed by a separate written agreement issued before work begins. That agreement sets out the specific deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment schedule applicable to your engagement. These general terms apply alongside any such agreement.

• Payment: Fees are as stated in the engagement agreement. Payment terms are confirmed in writing before commencement.
• Cancellation: Cancellation terms are set out in the individual engagement agreement. Please review these before signing.
• Confidentiality: We treat all information shared during an engagement as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
• Ownership: Written deliverables (outlines, recommendations, reviews) produced for you during an engagement are yours upon payment in full.
