How do the engagements work in practice?
Each engagement begins with a conversation to understand your situation and what you are trying to work through. From there, we follow the structure of whichever engagement you have chosen — sessions are held at our office in Seremban or by arrangement. Between sessions, we may review documents, plans, or notes you share with us.
How long before I see something useful come out of the work?
The First Heat engagement is designed to give you something concrete to work with after a single session. For the Shaping Review, the written recommendations are delivered during the five weeks. The Forge Partnership is an ongoing relationship — useful things emerge throughout, and the value builds as we understand your business more deeply over time.
Are the prices fixed, or is there room to discuss?
The prices listed reflect the scope of each engagement as described. If your situation does not fit neatly into one of them, reach out and we can discuss what makes sense. We would rather have an honest conversation about scope than have you uncertain about whether an engagement is the right fit.
Is what I share with you kept confidential?
Yes. What you share with us during an engagement stays between us. We do not discuss client work with others, and we treat everything shared — financial information, plans, concerns — with discretion. If you need a formal confidentiality arrangement in writing, we are able to discuss that as well.
Do I need to prepare anything before the first session?
You do not need to prepare a formal document or presentation. Coming with a clear sense of what feels unresolved or unclear in your business is enough to start well. If there are specific numbers, plans, or materials you want to discuss, bring those along — but do not delay getting in touch just because things are not yet tidy.
