Every engagement begins with understanding — not with advice. Before we say anything substantive, we take time to understand your business as it actually operates, not how it looks on paper. That means asking questions that might seem basic, and sitting with the answers before drawing conclusions.
We work from a few fixed principles across all our engagements. We do not recommend what we cannot explain. We do not overstate what an engagement can deliver. And we do not treat your situation as interchangeable with the last one that looked similar.
Preparation is taken seriously. We review whatever you share with us before each session, so the time together is used for thinking rather than for gathering information. This makes sessions more productive and more honest — there is less to hide behind when both parties have done their reading.
What comes out of every engagement is written down and delivered to you. We write clearly, without jargon. You should be able to read a recommendation a year later and still understand both what it says and why.

A five-week engagement for owners who want their existing operations looked at carefully and made sturdier. We work the weak points, reinforce the strong, and set out recommendations in writing. Suited to businesses that are running but feel less solid than they should.
